Drive organizational growth by identifying business opportunities and partnerships, developing proposals and marketing materials, cultivating stakeholders and donors, supporting fundraising, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic planning.

Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients: manage premium onboarding (KYC), resolve platform issues, maintain CRM records, monitor portfolios, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with senior relationship managers, asset management, and compliance.

Engage inbound and outbound leads to educate prospects on equities, mutual funds, and ETFs; guide users through KYC, account activation, and first deposits; upsell/cross-sell products; maintain CRM records and follow-ups; handle objections and meet weekly/monthly sales KPIs.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure from the NOC, troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and performance issues, execute maintenance and emergency changes, document incidents and configurations, support automation and capacity planning, collaborate with engineering and vendors, and participate in shift rotations and on-call coverage.

Support the Chief of Staff by coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, streamlining internal processes, assisting client communication, and providing HR administrative support including records, performance review coordination, training, and employee engagement. Maintain documentation, reporting, and general administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency and scalable service delivery.

Manage social media and website content, produce newsletters and digital campaigns, coordinate photography/videography, create beneficiary stories following safeguarding and consent, and support fundraising, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Support planning, coordination, and implementation of programme activities; organize school and community engagement; facilitate beneficiary onboarding; prepare reports and maintain documentation; monitor progress against objectives; coordinate logistics and operational support for events and activities.

Provide operational support to the Credit Manager by reviewing and improving credit processes, preparing reports, implementing audit recommendations, conducting spot checks, collecting client and fraud-related data, compiling field documentation, and identifying/reporting red flags to support credit risk mitigation and compliance.

Serve as primary contact for sales agents and field staff to resolve routine technical and operational issues, log and track support tickets, troubleshoot CRM and reporting tools, produce FAQs and guides, maintain data accuracy, generate basic reports/dashboards, and escalate recurring problems to cross-functional teams.
