Key Responsibilities
- Execute extensive research to identify and assess new grant prospects, funding sources, and strategic alliances that support organizational goals.
- Evaluate grant guidelines, eligibility rules, application questions, and priority themes to ensure strict compliance and strategic alignment.
- Maintain and refresh a central repository monitoring potential grants, critical deadlines, application progress, and funding results.
- Partner with program units to gather vital project specifics, such as objectives, operational activities, and impact indicators, for developing persuasive concept notes, inquiry letters, and full proposals.
- Support the creation of precise project budgets that synchronize financial requests with planned activities and specific funder mandates.
- Write and polish organizational profiles, program overviews, and impact summaries to establish a strong foundation for all grant applications.
- Conduct thorough reviews and editing of all application components to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to funder specifications.
- Establish and manage a secure digital archive for all supporting documentation necessary for submissions.
- Facilitate the final compilation and on-time delivery of grant applications to meet all established deadlines.
