Support the Community Manager in daily property operations including leasing, rent collection, delinquency management, resident relations and retention, processing applications and move-ins/outs, enforcing lease terms and eviction procedures, generating resident correspondence, and stepping in for the Community Manager when absent.

Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations including rent collection and delinquency management, resident relations and retention, processing applications and move-ins/outs, lease renewals, eviction procedures, resident correspondence, and stepping in for the Community Manager as needed.

Lead a portfolio of multifamily properties to optimize financial performance, operations, and resident experience. Develop budgets, pricing, market studies, and business plans; coach on-site teams; manage KPIs (revenue, occupancy, leasing, rent collection); conduct property visits; implement marketing strategies and operational best practices; and recommend technology and process improvements.

Lead business development to grow third-party property management platform: source and close institutional clients, manage complex sales cycles, prepare RFPs/proposals, underwrite assets, oversee onboarding, mentor BD team, and represent the firm at industry events.

Support Community Manager in day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, delinquency management, resident relations, renewals, move-ins/outs, eviction processes, and maintaining property software and reports to ensure resident satisfaction and financial compliance.
