Responsibilities include developing territory strategy, cultivating RIAs, family offices, and broker-dealer representatives, securing platform approvals, managing diligence materials, generating allocations, and providing advisor feedback to the deal team. The role requires an existing portable advisor network, substantial fundraising experience, active securities licenses, and real estate investment expertise.
