Lead vision, strategy, and execution for a unified Customer 360 data platform and enterprise data ecosystem. Drive AI/ML model development and deployment, ensure data governance, collaborate with executives and engineering, and build and mentor cross-functional data product teams to enable personalization and data-driven decision-making.

Lead design, development, deployment, and support of Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, XSLT, and SFTP. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors; monitor and troubleshoot integrations; enforce data governance, document architecture, and mentor team members.

Manage technical and operational support for database marketing: build and upload offers in the casino management system, maintain reports, cleanse and prepare player lists for direct mail, investigate data quality issues, produce graphical data interpretations and ad-hoc analyses, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders while complying with gaming regulations.
