JOB SUMMARY
The Director, Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Executive Director, Human Resources, is responsible for setting the strategic vision, execution, and operational oversight of all recruitment activities for the opening and ongoing success of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. This role is a critical business partner to property and corporate leadership, accountable for delivering a world‑class talent acquisition strategy that supports a high‑profile new property opening, future growth, and sustained operational excellence.
This leader will drive property recruitment strategies, oversee executive and large‑scale hiring initiatives, and shape the employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing and communication efforts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and execute forward‑looking, scalable recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning, organizational priorities, and Hard Rock brand standards, with a strong emphasis on new‑property opening readiness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to property and corporate leadership on talent acquisition strategy, labor market trends, and workforce risk mitigation.
- Lead end‑to‑end executive, senior leadership, and mission‑critical role recruitment, ensuring consistent selection standards, structured assessments, and stakeholder alignment through offer acceptance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 5 years of leadership experience at the manager, director, or equivalent level within a large, complex, multicultural organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading recruitment efforts for new hotels, casinos, or large‑scale hospitality, entertainment property openings.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring practices, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting multi‑site operations and culturally diverse workforces.
