Job Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Brand Marketing, the primary responsibility of the Brand Management & Marketing Manager is to support Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, Seminole Gaming, Hard Rock International Hotels, Casinos, Cafe and all departments within the enterprise including creative development, tactical deployments, compliance and all responsibilities related to building the brand and image.  

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support all aspects of brand marketing for SGA, SHRSS, HRI Hotel & Casinos, Hotels and Cafes.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing programs that increase brand identity and brand awareness.
  • Ensure brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple verticals and enforcing brand standards.
  • Supports the development and creative needs of advertising programs, brand programs, sponsorships, global programs and Unity by Hard Rock.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders including partnership, marketing, property, and entertainment teams to ensure compliance with brand standards. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and communications
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders at regional & property level
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and guidelines including but not limited to updating brand standards and guidelines within the digital asset management system.
  • Upload and audit files within the digital asset management system.
  • Partner with Creative Services on concepting, feedback, and approvals including working with external creative agencies
  • Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage 3rd party vendors to assure brand consistency across all verticals including but not limited to advertising, print and creative agencies.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in marketing, communications or other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing and brand management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities and to show constant entrepreneurial initiative.
  • Excellent team player and leader capable of working with multiple departments across the company.
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized.
  • Strong project management skills, able to effectively prioritize, multi-task and to adapt to changing or evolving priorities and strategies. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to be able to work effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts.

Work Environment:

  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be in operating areas. In these areas, you may be exposed to environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
