Advise learners and parents on financial aid processes, administer student financial aid office functions, assess eligibility for aid (including Title IV), prepare estimates and packaging, and assist with delivery of funds while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service throughout degree completion.

Prepare and process Title IV financial aid: review ISIRs and verification documents, resolve C-codes and conflicting data, package and disburse/disburse funds, ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional regulations, support FA advisors and leadership, use COD/NSLDS/CPS, provide customer service, and participate in college and departmental activities and trainings.

Designs, develops, and implements instructor-led, e-learning, and blended curriculum and professional development for faculty. Conducts needs and gap analyses, selects instructional methods and media, creates assessments and supportive materials, assembles online courses in the LMS, and aligns content with regulations, organizational goals, and best practices.

Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance across the college: manage help desk tickets, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, create training materials, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-user satisfaction.

Design, build, and operate multi-cloud platform infrastructure and developer-facing tooling. Own CI/CD, Kubernetes clusters, networking (including SASE/Cato), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). Embed security, RBAC, and secrets management; integrate AI tooling into workflows. Drive enterprise architecture, system design, consolidation, and partner with teams to prioritize platform investments and improve reliability and observability.

Manage and improve the organization's networks, servers, systems, and cloud environments. Lead infrastructure transformation, capacity planning, disaster recovery, policy implementation, budgeting, cross-functional partnerships, hiring, and team development while ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
