The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain excellent customer service and helping our learners with the financial aid process. Other responsibilities include administration of the student financial aid office and its functions, creating and analyzing learners eligibility for a variety of aid programs, including but not limited to Title IV funding. Accurately provide financial aid estimates and packaging to new enrolling learners through collaboration with other financial positions. Ongoing assistance in the delivery of funds and services to new and current learners through correctly advising learners and parents regarding academic and career objectives in relation to financial aid throughout degree completion.
