Lead end-to-end supply chain operations—procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics—optimize costs, develop vendors, improve processes/SOPs, coordinate cross-functionally, and ensure timely documentation and MIS reporting to support scaling.

Design, build, and maintain frontend applications and UI components using React/Angular/Vue. Develop backend integrations (Node.js, Python, Java), REST APIs, browser extensions, dashboards, and analytics integrations. Optimize performance, implement frontend security, work with cloud services (AWS), and participate in CI/CD and release processes while collaborating with backend and data teams.

Lead marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to meet revenue and growth targets. Build and manage a multi-channel marketing team, own brand identity, budget allocation, KPIs, and reporting. Own customer onboarding, adoption, and relationship management. Proactively monitor customer health, resolve issues, drive value realization, identify upsell opportunities, and provide feedback to product and sales teams to improve experience and retention.

Manage office administration and front desk operations while supporting fundraising and partnership development. Duties include donor outreach, presentations, relationship management, donor database tracking, compiling project reports, and basic social media content creation and scheduling.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across industries: source candidates via portals and LinkedIn, screen and interview, coordinate client interviews, maintain candidate databases and trackers, follow up for feedback, assist with offers and onboarding, and build talent pipelines to close positions on deadline.
