Requirements
 4–7 years of experience in B2B tech sales, solutioning, consulting-led sales, or founder’s office roles at startups 
 Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets in a hunting role
 Experience selling custom solutions / product development / engineering services
 Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases and product thinking (MVPs, scaling)
 Exposure to startup ecosystems or venture capital networks (strong plus)
 Ability to structure proposals, PoCs, and ambiguous deals
 Strong hunter mindset with ownership of targets and outcomes
 Ability to engage and influence founders and CXOs
 Exceptional consultative selling skills—you diagnose before you sell
 Strong commercial instinct and deal-making ability
 Ability to simplify complex AI/product concepts into business value
 High energy, resilience, and persistence in outbound sales
 Natural ability to build networks and open doors
