Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets in a hunting role
Experience selling custom solutions / product development / engineering services
Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases and product thinking (MVPs, scaling)
Exposure to startup ecosystems or venture capital networks (strong plus)
Ability to structure proposals, PoCs, and ambiguous deals
Strong hunter mindset with ownership of targets and outcomes
Ability to engage and influence founders and CXOs
Exceptional consultative selling skills—you diagnose before you sell
Strong commercial instinct and deal-making ability
Ability to simplify complex AI/product concepts into business value
High energy, resilience, and persistence in outbound sales
