This role offers an opportunity to build and strengthen the supply chain backbone of a fast-growing
energy business. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline
operations, improve vendor ecosystems, and drive supply chain efficiency at scale.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and
logistics
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials, batteries, components, and related
products
• Monitor inventory planning, stock movement, and demand forecasting to avoid shortages or
overstocking
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement and logistics operations
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Production teams for smooth supply chain execution
• Track vendor performance, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure quality compliance
• Build and improve SCM processes, SOPs, and reporting systems
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
• Ensure timely documentation, purchase orders, invoicing coordination, and supply chain MIS
reporting
• Support expansion initiatives by developing scalable vendor and distribution networks
Requirements
• Strong understanding of supply chain, Vendor Development,procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
• High ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in vendor development and operational process optimization
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive execution independently
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools is preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, energy, battery, or related industries is a plus
