Lead end-to-end transitions of finance processes into a shared service model, managing planning, knowledge transfer, SOPs, cutover, hyper-care, stabilization, stakeholder coordination, and readiness until steady-state.

Support day-to-day accounts payable operations including timely invoice processing, PO matching (2‑way/3‑way), expense report processing, resolving discrepancies with internal partners and suppliers, responding to supplier inquiries, maintaining audit-ready records, and supporting month-end close and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead end-to-end transitions of finance processes into a shared service model: plan scope, manage project plans, coordinate knowledge transfer, drive cutover, hyper-care and stabilization, ensure SOPs, track readiness and KPI ramp-up, and report status to stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end program management to plan, implement, and stabilize a Finance Shared Service Center. Oversee timelines across workstreams, manage governance, risks, interdependencies, stakeholder communications, and change management to ensure on-schedule delivery and executive alignment.
