We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in hiring for the logistics industry. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across Pan India locations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for logistics roles across multiple locations in India.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Build talent pipeline for roles in Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Supply Chain, and Last Mile Delivery.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer roll-outs, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
- Understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable profiles within TAT.
RequirementsPreferred Candidate Profile:
- 2–8 years of recruitment experience with exposure to logistics hiring.
- Strong understanding of logistics roles such as FTL/LTL/PTL, Operations, Fleet, Warehouse, SCM, etc.
- Experience in bulk and lateral hiring for multiple locations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Skills Required
