Design and optimize regional cellular RF networks (CRAN, macros, small cells) balancing capacity, coverage, and cost. Create search areas, cell translations, perform drive testing, prepare FCC/FAA/FAS submissions, support site acquisition, and work with performance teams to reduce lost calls. Require knowledge of CDMA, LTE/VoLTE, link budgets, RF prediction tools, and vendor RAN systems like Ericsson. Proficiency in Siterra/MapInfo and Office applications preferred.

Define and document APIs and services, create user stories in Rally, translate business requirements into technical specs, map data (XSD/JSON/EDI) using Altova MapForce, collaborate with developers/QA/architects in Agile ceremonies, and mentor other systems analysts.

Design, develop, and support Teradata-based ETL solutions using Teradata utilities. Perform SQL development, stored procedures, macros, performance tuning, data reconciliation, L3 support, and stakeholder requirements discovery. Work with ETL tools (Informatica/Datastage), Unix shell scripting, change management, and propose best practices and workarounds.

Provide legal administrative support: organize case files and calendars, document actions, maintain client communication, input data into case database, and prepare case summaries and mediation materials.

Provide production support for DataStage ETL jobs including development, debugging, UNIX scripting, Oracle DB support, Autosys scheduling, deployment scripting, and monitoring. Work within SDLC (Waterfall/Agile) to resolve incidents and maintain ETL pipelines.

Design, develop, test, debug, document, and implement moderately complex intranet web software and automation applications. Provide Windows Server administrative support across production, UAT, and development, participate in evening change windows, deliver technical recommendations for Revenue Assurance, and produce high-quality deliverables on multiple development projects.

Coordinate compliance processes across functions; research regulatory requirements; develop internal policies and procedures; prepare compliance reports and documentation; advise senior management on compliance, regulatory policy, and internal controls; liaise with internal and external auditors and support audits. Support continuous improvement and asset management initiatives.

Manage day-to-day accounting: process transactions, maintain the general ledger, prepare/review reconciliations, compile and analyze financial reports, and support the Director of Accounting. Supervise staff in a fast-paced digital media environment.
