Lead house brand trade marketing to meet business objectives by planning and executing trade activities, pricing and promotion analysis, POSM development, channel merchandising, sales support, competitor tracking, market visits, and monthly business reviews with stakeholders.

Support the company's social media by creating short-form videos and graphics, scheduling and posting content, tracking basic performance metrics, and contributing creative ideas for campaigns while working with the team.

Provide in-house corporate secretarial support across group companies, manage statutory filings and registers, organise board and general meetings, liaise with stakeholders, ensure compliance with Companies Act 2016 and Bursa requirements, support governance exercises and maintain corporate records.

Lead and execute trade marketing campaigns across modern and traditional channels, work with distributors/retailers on in-store visibility, analyze sales and market data to generate insights, prepare reports, manage budgets and ROI, and conduct market visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.

Develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans for the oil segment, set KPIs, analyze pricing and market conditions, expand market share across channels, handle customer complaints, manage shipping/export documentation, conduct market surveys and product assessments, and recommend solutions to support business growth.

Provide high-level administrative and confidential support to the Managing Director: manage calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, draft correspondence, take minutes, organize events, assist on strategic projects, conduct research, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requires an accounting background and strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
