About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate has an accounting background, strong communication skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diary & Schedule Management

  • Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s (MD) calendar.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prioritize and track time-sensitive tasks.

2. Communication & Correspondence

  • Draft and prepare letters, reports, and presentations.

  • Act as the liaison between the MD and internal departments.

3. Meeting Coordination

  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Organize executive meetings, briefings, and off-site events.

4. Travel & Logistics

  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans.

  • Prepare itineraries, book accommodations, and process related expenses.

5. Confidential Support

  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

  • Uphold confidentiality in all professional matters.

6. Project Assistance

  • Assist the MD with strategic initiatives and special projects.

  • Conduct research and compile relevant reports.

Requirements:

  1. Preferable for candidate age 35 and above.

  2. Accounting background (required).

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  5. Professional, proactive and solution-oriented.

  6. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
