Sell a full line of building materials across an assigned territory: generate leads, call on customers, demonstrate products, quote prices, manage accounts, coordinate with inside sales, track inventory, attend trade shows, and meet sales manager review requirements.

Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations, manage staffing and labor planning, enforce safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Oversee inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, KPI performance, cross-functional coordination, and development of supervisors and hourly teams to meet customer expectations and operational goals.

Promote WOLF Outdoor Living products to architects, dealers, builders, and contractors through field sales calls, product demos, training, trade shows, and market blitzes. Coordinate merchandising, support dealer sales, track contractor interactions in Salesforce, and assist with displays and events. Must travel, occasionally work weekends, and safely operate a company pickup truck while following FMCSA and company procedures.

Plan and manage daily delivery routes and shipments using SAP TM and mapping tools. Coordinate FTL/LTL transfers, inbound and parcel shipments, handle delivery paperwork and returns, interact with drivers, DCs, vendors and customers, prepare invoices, maintain reports, and support process improvement and safety compliance.

Sell building materials to assigned accounts by prospecting and calling on customers across the territory, demonstrating products, quoting prices, preparing contracts, tracking stock and account activity, coordinating training, resolving customer issues, attending trade shows, and submitting itineraries and reports while collaborating with inside sales and the sales manager.

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and mobile channels. Use Salesforce and SAP to enter orders, RMAs and credit memos, create sales quotes, resolve customer issues, coordinate internal resources, and drive solution selling to expand share of wallet.

Support creation, maintenance, and quality of master data across ERP and business systems. Perform data validation, cleansing, governance, integrations monitoring, reporting, documentation, project testing, and basic end-user support.

Manage warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, cycle counts, truckfill, scheduling, labor productivity, safety, and supervising 5–35 employees. Recruit and train staff, enforce policies, maintain records, and coordinate routing, will-call orders, and equipment care to ensure efficient, safe distribution.

Sell and support a full product line to assigned customers, manage relationships and order entry, handle inbound/outbound communications, resolve customer issues, create quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to grow account share and ensure order accuracy.

Create and maintain statistical demand forecasts and models, lead monthly consensus forecasting and SIOP processes, collaborate with sales/marketing/finance/supply teams, manage planning systems, and produce reports to optimize inventory and replenishment.
