Supports attorneys through legal research, drafting contracts and court documents, trial preparation, case-file management, deadline tracking, document review, court filings, and professional communication with clients, witnesses, and court personnel. Maintains confidential information and requires real estate experience, including knowledge of deeds, strong writing and analytical skills, and effective organization across multiple projects.

Sell Capital Vacations term products to tour guests on a fast-paced sales floor: evaluate tour quality, adapt pitch, overcome objections, close sales, meet penetration and close-rate goals, document activity, follow compliance, and collaborate with leadership and tour operators.

Speak with guests after presentations to convert them into Vacation Club Owners by presenting benefits of a 10-year term product, building vacation plans, and meeting a 10% monthly closing target.
