Manage end-to-end supply chain planning: inventory, raw/packaging material planning, demand forecast consolidation, and monthly S&OP. Manage a team, run monthly campaigns with 100+ creators, negotiate partnerships, build scalable processes and dashboards, analyze performance metrics (CPV, CPC, CTR, engagement), and collaborate with Growth, Creative and Performance teams to optimize content and paid media integration.

Develop and own performance-focused content strategy across Meta, website, and CRM. Define hooks, scripts, and creative angles for funnel stages, plan video/static/UGC/influencer creatives, manage influencer outreach, support product launches, analyze Meta Ads performance, provide insights and recommendations, and coordinate shoots and creative execution with internal and external teams.

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms: discover and shortlist creators, handle outreach, negotiation, scripting, coordination, content review, and approvals. Build long-term relationships with creators across India, collaborate with agencies and production partners, and track campaign performance using reach, engagement, views, CTR, conversions, and ROI metrics.
