We are looking for a Growth Associate who is enthusiastic about growth, digital marketing, and building new business opportunities. The role will involve working closely across Performance Marketing, Affiliates, Partnerships, with a strong focus on execution, analysis, and learning how the business operates end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as Spend, Revenue, ROAS, CAC, CTR, ATC, and Conversion Rate.
Assist in affiliate and partnership onboarding, including identifying potential partners and coordinating with them.
Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with affiliate partners and external agencies.
Track affiliate/partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Support Shopify operations, including product/catalog checks, offers, discounts, and basic website-related tasks.
Work with internal teams such as Brand, Creative, E-commerce, and Operations to execute growth initiatives.
Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.
Explore new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Be open to learning different aspects of the business and understanding how marketing, sales, operations, and revenue work together.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Affiliates, Partnerships, or a related field.
Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising.
Working knowledge of Shopify is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders.
High ownership and willingness to take responsibility.
Curious and eager to learn how a business operates end-to-end.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required
- Degree from IITs, IIMs, BITS Pilani, SRCC, St. Stephen's, NITs, or other Tier-1 institutes OR MBA from Tier-2 business schools with prior Founder's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Growth, or Business Operations internship experience
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers with exceptional internships encouraged)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and building presentations
- Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and business metrics
