Perfora is looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive creator collaborations and influencer-led campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels. The role involves end-to-end execution - from influencer discovery to campaign performance tracking while building long-term relationships with creators aligned to Perfora’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, shortlist, and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators aligned with Perfora’s target audience across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

  • End-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, scripting, coordination, content review, and final approvals.

  • Ideate and execute creative influencer campaigns in line with brand objectives, product launches, and marketing calendars.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators across North, South, East, and West India.

  • Work closely with external stakeholders such as influencer marketing agencies and content production partners to execute campaigns seamlessly.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, CTR, conversions, ROI, etc.

Key Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of experience working with a D2C brand in influencer marketing.

  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, creator categories, and platform-specific trends.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to understand and track influencer marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
