Lead development of simulation environments, retarget human demonstrations to robot trajectories, train and evaluate policies using imitation learning and RL, and drive sim-to-real transfer with metrics and domain-randomization methods.

Own and scale Mecka's Indonesia operations end-to-end: country P&L, site delivery, workforce and vendor management, compliance, and local representation. Own high-priority projects end-to-end across data labeling, data capture, and customer deployments. Lead large-scale video representation and video-language model research and training on egocentric/stereo robotics data, run self-supervised and multimodal pretraining, produce reproducible checkpoints and embeddings for production, and build rigorous training/eval workflows.

Own on-site firmware bring-up, flashing/provisioning, and manufacturing test execution at the production line in China. Implement Canada-defined embedded test strategy, operate host-side test software and calibration stations, debug yield and intermittent production issues, and serve as the technical embedded liaison with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
