The RoleWe are hiring a Senior Product Engineer to take products 0 → 1 → scale.
This is a true senior, high-agency role for someone who is full-stack, design-oriented, and data-driven — with strong startup/founder-type instincts. You will work directly with internal users, define what to build, ship quickly, and own quality in production.
What You’ll Work On0 → 1 Product BuildingTurn ambiguous problems into shipped product: concept → prototype → production.
Own scope, trade-offs, and delivery — not just implementation.
Build end-to-end workflows across frontend + backend.
Create product primitives that are durable, simple, and fast to iterate on.

7+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent impact), with meaningful full-stack ownership.
Proven track record shipping products 0 → 1 and scaling them in production.
Strong product chops: you can reason about UX, workflows, and trade-offs.
High agency: you move without waiting for perfect specs.
