Lead the finance and controlling function for a growing real estate investment and development group. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial modeling, project profitability analysis, management reporting, financing relationships, accounting, tax, audit, and statutory reporting. Fluency in Italian and English, strong organizational skills, discretion, and hands-on office administration experience are required.

Lead the Italian procurement function for construction, property management, and facility management activities. Define procurement strategies and processes, manage sourcing and supplier selection, lead tenders and negotiations, oversee contracts and costs, evaluate bids, develop supplier networks, and support budgeting. Manage and develop a direct-report Buyer while collaborating with Project Management and Property Management teams.
