For our client, a dynamically growing Polish real estate investment and development group, we are looking for a senior finance professional who will take ownership of the finance and controlling function and act as a close business partner to the Management Board. The Group is developing projects across several real estate segments while building an increasingly integrated platform covering development, project delivery, investment activities, and new business ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Group’s finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, controlling, cash flow management, and management reporting.
- Act as a financial business partner to the Management Board and support the continued growth and professionalisation of the Group.
- Develop financial models and provide analysis supporting investment, financing, and strategic business decisions.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financing partners, including project financing and SPV structures.
- Oversee accounting, tax, audit, and statutory reporting processes in cooperation with internal and external partners.
- Standardise and improve financial processes, reporting frameworks, and information flow across the organisation.
- Introduce modern tools and technologies, including AI-supported solutions, where they can improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
- Depending on seniority, develop and manage the finance team.
Requirements:
- Min. 7-10+ years of experience in finance, controlling, corporate finance, or investment finance.
- Experience within real estate, development, investment or construction.
- Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial modelling, and project profitability analysis.
- Experience working with banks and project financing; knowledge of SPV structures will be highly valued.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reporting.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business recommendations and work confidently with senior decision-makers.
- A process-oriented mindset combined with openness to automation, digitalisation, and new technologies.
- Very good command of Polish and English.
- Experience in real estate transactions, joint ventures, capital raising, or debt and equity financing will be a strong advantage.
