The Office Services Manager will lead office operations, including facilities management, reception, onboarding support, and supplier relations, ensuring a high-quality workplace experience.

Lead and grow Beca's ecology team by providing strategic and technical leadership, delivering complex terrestrial and freshwater ecology projects, preparing ecological assessments and management plans, QA/peer reviewing work, mentoring staff, building client and stakeholder relationships, and expanding ecology services across NZ, Australia and the Pacific.

Partner with New Zealand business leaders to provide commercial financial insight across bid and project lifecycles. Influence decisions, identify risks and opportunities, deliver strategic commercial initiatives, and communicate complex financial information to senior stakeholders to drive business performance and sustainable outcomes.

Lead preparation of statutory and management reporting, forecasts, cash flow analysis and financial performance commentary. Oversee balance sheet reviews, intercompany accounting, expense management, indirect tax compliance, and transfer pricing documentation. Support year-end reporting and external audits, maintain finance systems and controls, and drive reporting automation and finance process improvements across the ERP environment.

Provide project controls and programme support to Project Managers across multiple water projects. Establish and maintain project systems and processes, coordinate financial reporting and time monitoring, manage discipline inputs and timelines, and support collaborative delivery within a multi-disciplinary consulting team.

Lead MEP BIM modelling activities: perform quality checks, manage and troubleshoot MEP models, mentor BIM team members, advise on BIM strategies, plan resourcing, and deliver BIM trainings to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory submissions.
