Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT data pipelines with Airflow; develop dbt data models and tests; optimize Athena tables/queries and data workflows; provision infrastructure with Terraform; ensure data quality and reliability; collaborate with Analytics, BI, and Engineering; troubleshoot pipeline and data quality issues.

Own VIP CRM strategy for Casino and Sports customers: plan monthly VIP calendars, manage revenue and bonus budgets, optimize VIP lifecycle journeys, execute and optimize upsell/retention/reactivation campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app, align automated flows with account managers, track KPIs (retention, ARPU, LTV, churn), analyze campaign conversion and communication metrics, and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve ROI.

Process cash flow data in payment systems: analyze transactions, perform reconciliations, prepare operational reports, and monitor payment turnovers, fees, and balances. Communicate with payment systems and Operations on reconciliation and settlement issues, support daily financial operations, and help improve processes.

Prepare and consolidate budgets, verify and upload financial data, review payment requests for policy compliance, monitor budget vs actuals, investigate variances, and produce budget presentations and management reports.

Lead development and execution of VIP strategy to grow revenue and retention. Analyze player behavior to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, oversee VIP acquisition and relationship management, lead VIP teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage budget, report KPIs to senior management, and ensure regulatory and responsible gaming compliance.
