Middle Graphic Designer

• Create visual assets for social media, advertising campaigns, presentations, and other communication materials;

• Develop creative concepts and adapt them to different formats and platforms;

• Use AI tools to generate images and videos, explore ideas, create variations, and streamline creative workflows;

• Refine AI-generated materials in graphic editors: fix artifacts, improve composition, color, typography, and other visual details;

• Work with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials;

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other project teams;

• Design exhibition stands and conference booth visuals;

• Develop branded merchandise and merchandise designs to strengthen brand recognition.

• Confident knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;

• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy;

• Hands-on experience with Midjourney, Weavy, Stable Diffusion, Runway, or Higgsfield;

• Understanding of prompt writing, reference images, and how to achieve stylistically consistent results;

• The ability to distinguish impressive AI-generated content from high-quality, production-ready design.

• Ability to work independently, find creative solutions, and meet deadlines;

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural, cross-functional team;
