Lead all HR functions for the hotel including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance with labor laws, HR policy development, and reporting to support the hotel's strategic goals and staff development.

Provide administrative HR support including filing, data entry, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance and performance tracking, employee engagement, HR compliance, training records, and basic HR reporting in a hospital setting.

Partner with department leaders to manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement, learning, HR compliance, and HR reporting. Support strategic HR programs to improve productivity, retention, skills development, and ensure policy and regulatory adherence in a busy hospital environment.

Manage and grow enterprise IT customer accounts by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to collections, developing new and targeted accounts, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions to customer objectives.

Provide strategic administrative support and light bookkeeping for a U.S.-based CPA firm: manage CEO inbox and calendar, triage client communication, track workflows and projects, perform basic QuickBooks Online data entry and receipt uploads, coordinate with bookkeepers, maintain files and SOPs, and ensure timely, professional client follow-up while protecting the CEO's time.

Manage the company master calendar, coordinate meetings and interviews, prepare agendas and minutes, maintain records and compliance, support the CEO and department heads, act as central contact for scheduling, and provide weekly diary management updates while maintaining confidentiality.
