Manage credit policies and accounts receivable to ensure healthy cash flow: assess credit risk, manage collections, set credit terms, prepare reports, and collaborate across sales, legal, and accounting while training staff and ensuring compliance.

Support the Business Development Manager by generating and qualifying leads through outbound calling and field visits, setting meetings, drafting quotations with presales, updating CRM, and progressing prospects to close. Provide market intelligence, meet KPIs for lead volume and conversions, and offer administrative coordination. Grow into sector-focused or more senior BD responsibilities over time.

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, quantity surveyors, project owners and security managers to source pipeline and generate B2B leads for electronic security solutions. Track projects, represent the company at industry events, update CRM, hand off qualified leads to presales/design, provide market intelligence, and meet agreed business development targets.

Prepare technical and commercial bids and proposals for electronic security solutions, validate BOQs, present solutions and demos to clients, conduct site visits, and support tendering activities while staying current on industry trends.
