Leads Operations Centre maintenance and technical support across desktop, AV/video-wall, server, and application systems. Manages certified technical coverage, competency assessments, method statements, SOPs, maintenance schedules, change-management input, SLA performance, system availability, and incident reduction. Oversees subject-matter experts, vendor relationships, escalations, mentoring, and technical decision-making.

Manage the end-to-end IT change-management process, including request categorization, impact and risk assessments, CAB meetings, change scheduling, rollback planning, security reviews, post-implementation reviews, KPI monitoring, and continuous process improvement in a 24/7 environment.

Leads network and infrastructure maintenance, Level 2/3 support, technical escalations, specialist teams, SOP approvals, preventive maintenance, change input, incident root-cause analysis, and service performance reporting. Oversees enterprise or airport infrastructure systems including NOC operations, network management, cable documentation, IPTV, and clock systems while ensuring certified staffing and compliance with airport security, HSE, and cybersecurity requirements.

Conducts scheduled audits of SOPs, CMDB records, preventive-maintenance evidence, and operational reports. Tracks corrective actions, supports root-cause analysis, maintains known-error databases, and manages quality documentation, audit records, and trails. Supports the QC Manager in maintaining service quality while complying with airport HSE, cybersecurity, and security requirements.

Manage IT service quality and assurance programs, audit SOP and CMDB compliance, review incident root-cause analyses, monitor ITSM processes, drive continual service improvement, report quality KPIs, and support ISO certification and client audits. Maintain quality documentation and audit readiness while meeting airport HSE, cybersecurity, and security requirements.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for IT and cybersecurity solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, client meetings, solution sales, Fortinet opportunity development, lead qualification, proposals, commercial negotiations, event participation, forecasting, and coordinating with technical and cybersecurity teams through deal closure and service transition.

Drive new business development, revenue generation, client acquisition, and strategic account growth for IT and cybersecurity services in Australia. Identify and qualify prospects, build sales pipelines, develop account-based strategies, generate leads through prospecting and partnerships, and close technology solution and managed services opportunities. Engage senior business and technology decision-makers, understand their challenges, present appropriate solutions, and manage sales activities using CRM systems.

Supervise and coordinate electrical commissioning activities on site, including testing, energization, troubleshooting, isolation, and start-up. Oversee technicians, read electrical drawings/single-line diagrams/schematics, follow commissioning procedures, and enforce PTW, LOTO, and electrical safety. Fluency in English required; oil & gas and desalination experience preferred.
