Manage the end-to-end IT change-management process, including request categorization, impact and risk assessments, CAB meetings, change scheduling, rollback planning, security reviews, post-implementation reviews, KPI monitoring, and continuous process improvement in a 24/7 environment.

Manage the complete IT change-management process.

Receive, record and categorize Requests for Change.

Conduct change impact and risk assessments using CMDB information.

Determine the appropriate level of technical and management scrutiny.

Chair weekly Change Advisory Board meetings.

Convene Emergency CAB meetings when required.

Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change and change-freeze periods.

Ensure rollback plans, security assessments and post-implementation reviews are completed.

Monitor change KPIs and continuously improve the change process.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in IT or Engineering.

ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional, particularly change enablement.

Minimum 8 years of IT Service Management experience.

Proven ownership of change management in a 24/7 environment.

Strong knowledge of CMDB, change governance and risk assessment.

Strong communication, facilitation and CAB-chairing skills.

Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity and security-pass requirements.

Skills Required

Degree or diploma in IT or Engineering
ITIL Expert or ITIL Managing Professional certification, particularly in change enablement
Minimum 8 years of IT Service Management experience
Proven ownership of change management in a 24/7 environment
