Provide courteous, accurate customer service for life and health insurance clients, process payments and invoices, manage CRM cases and issue-portal resolutions, maintain records, collate reports, and support team leaders to meet turnaround times and customer satisfaction targets.

Process Commercial and Casualty insurance policies (excluding Marine) with accurate data entry into WebSTAR via M-Files, prepare/print/dispatch policy documents, reconcile paperwork to underwriting instructions, follow QA SOPs, provide high-quality customer service, and perform assigned administrative duties while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

Manage group policy administration including enrollments, maintenance, terminations, renewals, billing and invoicing; assist underwriters with risk data; support claims processing; prepare policy and contract documents; deliver timely customer service and coordinate with internal teams.

Support administration of group pension plans: process benefit payments and contributions, maintain member records in TOPAS, prepare valuations and reports, respond to client queries, produce annual statements, train staff, and assist the Team Leader.

Lead actuarial valuation, pricing, reinsurance and strategic initiatives. Oversee model validation, reporting, capital adequacy, product profitability, treaty administration, and AXIS/Risk-Integrity operations. Manage team performance, training, resourcing, and process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and providing actuarial advice to executive leadership.

Provide administrative support to the Sales Force and Branch Manager: process and key new applications, follow up on pending items, manage documents and scanning, produce reports, handle mail and policy distributions, prepare quotations, maintain records and listings, and support agents with system uploads and inquiries.

Lead enterprise change strategy and delivery, establish change frameworks and governance, coach business units, manage communications, training and adoption, and track adoption KPIs to embed sustainable transformation.

Lead and execute risk-based internal audits, supervise junior staff, prepare clear audit reports, support Audit Committee reporting, follow up on audit issues, and engage in continuous professional development.

Lead enterprise cost-visibility and containment programs: perform deep spend and consumption analysis, maintain executive dashboards, establish cost governance, drive cross-functional cost-reduction initiatives, develop business cases and track savings, and report performance and ESG-related spend for senior leadership and the Board.
