Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, overtime, taxes, pensions, and other statutory payments. Ensure compliance with Nigerian payroll, tax, labor, and pension regulations; maintain confidential employee records; resolve payroll queries; support benefits administration; coordinate salary disbursements with Finance; assist with audits; and improve payroll systems and processes using payroll software, HRIS, and Excel.

Collaborate with creative team members to develop content assets and stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Leads the creative vision and execution across brand touchpoints, campaigns, events, social content, video, motion graphics, photography, and collateral. Translates marketing briefs into creative concepts, manages and mentors creative teams, oversees internal and external production, ensures brand consistency and quality, and approves deliverables. The role also manages agencies and vendors, monitors creative trends, and drives innovation while delivering work on schedule.

Leads CIG Motors’ overall marketing strategy, brand management, integrated campaigns, digital and offline initiatives, events, creative output, team leadership, vendor relationships, budgets, and performance reporting. The role focuses on strengthening brand equity, increasing customer engagement, generating qualified leads, and supporting retail and fleet sales through data-driven marketing execution.

Plans and executes events, exhibitions, test drives, product launches, sponsorships, and experiential marketing activations. Manages event logistics, vendors, venues, timelines, budgets, partnerships, and on-site delivery. Coordinates with sales, marketing, and dealership teams, develops engagement concepts, and evaluates event performance through attendance, lead generation, feedback, and ROI reporting.

Creates, shoots, and edits video content and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and corporate needs. Develops animations and visual effects from creative briefs, maintains video assets, ensures brand and technical quality, and collaborates with creative and marketing teams. Requires strong storytelling, visual composition, organization, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Oversee the organization’s legal affairs, including regulatory compliance, risk management, contract negotiation, disputes, litigation, corporate governance, ethics, intellectual property, automotive regulations, employment law, and external counsel. Advise senior leadership and the board, manage legal risks, and ensure compliance with product safety, emissions, manufacturing, import/export, labor, and workplace regulations.
