Manage underwriting and reinsurance (UWRI) for Accident & Health products, provide technical guidance to marketing and claims, design reinsurance schemes, conduct audits and portfolio analyses, maintain UWRI databases and reports, collaborate on pricing and product development, register products with regulators, monitor profitability, and lead and develop the UWRI team.

Plan and execute on-site information security audits at supplier factories in Vietnam, manage the full audit lifecycle, collect evidence, prepare English audit deliverables, map observations to security controls, escalate significant findings, and maintain auditable records while ensuring objective, high-quality outputs.

Promote the company as a regional rail competence provider by identifying sales opportunities and tenders, building customer and partner relationships, supporting tender preparation, maintaining CRM and long-term sales pipeline, coordinating meetings and presentations with global experts, compiling local regulations, and preparing status reports.
