Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Review tax declarations, including VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, and other applicable taxes, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor, update, and apply current tax laws and corporate regulations.
- Review invoices, supporting documents, and expenses to ensure their validity, reasonableness, and legal compliance for tax purposes.
- Conduct periodic internal tax reviews and controls to identify potential tax risks.
- Prepare documents and supporting records for tax inspections and audits.
- Work directly with tax authorities and other government agencies, providing explanations and supporting information as required.
- Prepare tax reports, conduct tax analyses, and issue warnings regarding potential tax risks.
- Advise the company on tax policies and appropriate solutions for tax-related matters.
- Maintain and organize tax records and data in a complete, systematic, and accessible manner.
Requirements
- Intelligent, logical, and sharp-minded.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field from a leading university specializing in finance and economics.
- Strong ability to review supporting documents and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, reasonableness, and validity.
- Thorough knowledge of tax laws, accounting regulations, and accounting standards.
- At least 3 years of experience in tax accounting or corporate tax advisory. Experience in tax advisory at a leading international audit and consulting firm is preferred.
