Analyzes cost data, budgets, forecasts, expenses, and financial records to identify savings opportunities and control costs. Prepares financial, variance, and accounts receivable reports; handles customer billing and vendor invoice processing. Implements security controls with IT/OT teams, uses endpoint/network security tools and logging platforms, and supports compliance efforts (ISO/NIST/SOC2/GDPR/HIPAA).

Provide front-desk reception and general administrative support: manage office supplies, mail, vendor invoices, corporate housing, travel bookings and visa paperwork, supervise housekeeping, assist executives and HR with administrative tasks and training records.
