Leads business applications support for Bancassurance and Investment Banking systems, overseeing service availability, incident management, changes, vendors, integrations, testing, continuity, compliance, and continuous improvement. Manages and develops the support team, coordinates technical project delivery across banking applications, maintains documentation and reporting, and ensures application security, quality, resilience, and regulatory alignment.

Leads controls and governance across banking operations, overseeing reconciliations, settlement accounts, operational risk controls, audit remediation, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, business continuity testing, and process automation. The role manages control effectiveness, risk reporting, issue escalation, operational resilience, and governance across KCB Kenya and regional subsidiaries while leading teams and influencing stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, risk, and compliance.

Manages technology strategy planning, execution, performance tracking, KPI reviews, and governance reporting. Coordinates with technology units and subsidiaries to cascade plans, validate and track strategic initiatives, monitor system stability, analyze operational and financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to business leaders. The role also prepares performance management packs and supports goal setting, plan revisions, and stakeholder engagement.

Develops card product strategy and roadmaps, leads products from ideation through launch, and supports go-to-market campaigns. Manages partnerships with payment networks, processors, vendors, manufacturers, and gateways; negotiates contracts; coordinates card issuance projects; and improves the cardholder customer journey across banking channels.
