Design and integrate automation solutions for textile machinery: create basic 2D/3D models, develop and test mechatronic systems, design jigs/fixtures, program microcontrollers/PLCs, and collaborate with engineers and machinists to fabricate parts.

Lead continuous improvement and industrial engineering activities for apparel production: identify bottlenecks, conduct time/capacity/production studies, balance lines, prepare machine and labor requirements, support new-style ramp-up, drive MOS/Kaizen and 5S, deliver operator skill development and on-the-job training to improve productivity and efficiency.

Prepare and analyze monthly budgets, KPIs and ad hoc performance reports; support Hoshin Kanri, KPI formulation and strategic decision-making; conduct stakeholder data analysis; provide operational support to the Director and maintain strong internal/external stakeholder relationships to ensure business continuity and drive performance improvement.

Support employee relations and operations by monitoring absenteeism, managing time off and leave, coordinating with ERB and payroll, handling grievances, and promoting suggestions/Kaizen participation.

Lead industrial engineering projects for apparel production: design line layouts, set standard times, coordinate pre-production and pilot runs, verify style analyses, optimize work methods, implement incentive and training programs, and support cross-functional teams to improve plant efficiency and resource usage.
