Supports HR and HR development activities, including identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, coordinating employee training initiatives, managing talent pipelines, supporting team leader and group leader HR activities, and maintaining accurate training records in organizational systems.

Supports the Product Control unit with administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, documentation, report preparation, record maintenance, meeting notes, project coordination, process improvements, and supervised email and phone communication. The role requires an undergraduate background in Textile, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Lead business analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions; coordinate product development, sampling, costing, QA parameters, and BOM processes; manage Development Engineers, drive continuous improvements, training, and annual budgets to meet production and customer requirements.

Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, reporting, and timely financial closing in accordance with service-level agreements. Maintain standard operating procedures, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, support system and process improvements, and implement initiatives that improve efficiency across the team and business units.
