Serve as primary claims advisor for brokerage clients across multiple lines of coverage. Manage a mid-market book of business (~$500K+), serve as subject-matter expert on health and welfare benefits, respond to client inquiries, prepare renewals/RFPs, coordinate vendors, develop client deliverables, coach analysts, and drive revenue growth and client expansion.

Lead enterprise insurance analytics initiatives supporting underwriting, claims, finance, and operations. Build reporting and dashboards, ensure data integrity across TPAs and systems, support captive program performance, partner with actuary and IT, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Lead development and execution of scalable regional and select national B2B marketing programs to drive new business, retention, cross-sell, pipeline growth, and ROI. Evaluate commercial property & casualty policies, analyze loss runs and claims history, develop renewal positions and quotes, conduct underwriting calls, complete policy intake forms, submit files for actuarial pricing, coordinate with claims, and provide client-facing underwriting documentation and recommendations.
