The Regional Marketing Leader is responsible for driving scalable, high-impact regional marketing strategies that support revenue growth, pipeline development, retention, and cross-sell across assigned regions. This role partners closely with regional leadership, producers, and national marketing to execute consistent, measurable marketing programs aligned to enterprise growth priorities, including Accelerate and other national initiatives.
In addition to regional support, this role owns and leads select national marketing initiatives that are developed centrally and deployed across regions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and enterprise-wide impact.
The Regional Marketing Leader prioritizes initiatives that increase SQLs, strengthen carrier and COI relationships, improve customer retention, and deliver measurable ROI—while reducing one-off, low-impact, and administrative-driven marketing activity.
- Develop and execute scalable regional marketing programs that support new business growth, retention, cross-sell, and pipeline development.
- Partner with regional leadership and sales teams to identify market-specific opportunities, priorities, and campaigns aligned with enterprise goals.
- Localize and deploy national marketing initiatives to ensure relevance and effectiveness within regional markets, while operating within established national guardrails.
National Initiative Ownership
In addition to regional support, this role will own and lead select national marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Centers of Influence (COI) and New Business Marketing Programs
- Carrier Partnership Marketing Strategy and Enablement
- Prospect Marketing and Demand Generation Programs
Responsibilities include:
- Designing scalable, repeatable national programs that can be deployed across regions.
- Establishing frameworks, and best practices for regional adoption.
- Partnering with national and regional stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption.
Performance, Analytics & Alignment
- Analyze campaign performance and regional marketing metrics to provide insights, recommendations, and ROI reporting.
- Leverage consolidated KPI dashboards to assess performance, inform prioritization, and guide resource allocation. (working closely with marketing operations team)
- Maintain strong alignment across marketing objectives, budgets, workstreams, and regional priorities.
Successful Candidate Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services industry.
- Ability to write and communicate effectively and professionally across multiple mediums including digital, social, and print.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with PowerPoint.
- Proficiency and knowledge of marketing systems and social media platforms for business utilization, with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Pay Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
