Support supply chain and logistics by developing and automating reports and dashboards, analyzing large datasets to identify trends and process improvements, ensuring data accuracy, monitoring KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turns, transportation costs), assisting root-cause analyses, and collaborating with operations, procurement, finance, and IT to deliver actionable insights.

Perform FP&A analysis, build and maintain financial models and reports, support budgeting and rolling forecasts, conduct variance analysis, deliver ad-hoc analyses, and improve financial processes in partnership with regional and global teams.

Provide operational support for devices, networks and cloud services; diagnose and resolve multi-site incidents; configure and maintain LAN/WAN/telephony; manage security (patching, vulnerability scanning, firewalls, MDM); deploy and manage endpoints (Intune, Jamf); run ITIL incident/change processes; produce documentation and metrics; collaborate with Infosec and engineering; support users remotely and on-site and perform occasional international travel.

Drive B2B sales and revenue growth in Japan for used devices and circular tech solutions. Develop wholesale client channels, manage auctions and direct sales, increase customer engagement across device lines, and use in-house analytics to monitor performance and meet sales targets.

Perform FP&A activities including executive reporting, month-end reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, KPI tracking, financial modeling, scenario/stress testing, and partnering with business units to deliver actionable financial insights and process improvements.

Manage the consumer electronics returns program, overseeing operations, documentation, and liaising with retailers to ensure efficiency and compliance.
