Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify key drivers impacting financial performance.
- Transform, track and analyze financial and non-financial data to identify inefficiencies, trends and variances, and translate findings into actions.
- Develop, maintain and discuss financial models and reports in close collaboration with CFO, Operations and Sales.
- Deep dive on financial data and become a subject matter expert on financial analytics and reporting.
- Partner with Regional Finance team and Global FP&A team in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Support monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reportin and analysis.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support operational, management and strategic decisions.
- Continuously improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The successful applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar roles
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and software applications such as NetSuite and PowerBI
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are expected to cultivate strong connections with other teams
- Proactive, responsible and able to work independently and in a team, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Proficiency in English is a must
