Coordinate and support last-mile home delivery operations, supervise and train associates and contract carriers, manage dispatch and route optimization, use operational metrics to drive improvements, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Drive revenue growth for time-critical air charter services by developing targeted sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, expanding customer and carrier relationships, building pricing strategies for spot charters, coordinating cross-functional execution (operations, procurement, customs), tracking KPIs, and leading business reviews to scale programmatic growth.

Sell RXO transportation services across North America by prospecting and closing new business, managing and growing accounts, creating quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing and service terms, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.
