The Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling products and consulting services, building customer partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving product commercialization in the Japanese market.

Lead TiDB sales to game publishers and developers: prospect, propose database and cloud solutions, drive enterprise deals with PreSales, manage escalations, and build the game sales team, processes, and customer-success culture.

Drive partner-sourced revenue across LATAM by recruiting, onboarding, and enabling channel partners and hyperscaler relationships. Manage quota, forecast pipeline, execute joint GTM campaigns, and scale partner adoption of TiDB products.

Own territory end-to-end for enterprise database deals across EMEA: prospect, build pipeline, engage stakeholders, advance complex sales cycles, close to quota, forecast and track activity, contribute field feedback and sales playbook improvements, and manage expenses.

Lead net-new enterprise logo acquisition through strategic solution selling, complex negotiations, and multi-stakeholder engagement. Maintain CRM-driven forecasting and a healthy pipeline, meet large quota targets, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior sellers while leveraging AI tools and product expertise to close six-figure to multi-million dollar deals.

Lead TiDB's AI ecosystem partnership strategy across North America and EMEA, building product-level integrations with LLMs, cloud providers, and AI platforms. Drive joint solution blueprints, reference architectures, co-innovation, developer enablement, and measure ecosystem-influenced pipeline while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

Lead technical presales activities: educate prospects on TiDB, design hybrid transactional/analytical solutions, produce demos and POCs, respond to RFPs, support implementations, document architectures, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Drive partner-led growth by building and managing relationships with systems integrators, cloud providers, and other partners. Promote TiDB products and services, develop joint go-to-market plans, negotiate deals and contracts, and coordinate internal teams to enable partner onboarding, technical support, and successful business expansion.

As a Solution Architect, you will build relationships with clients, design database solutions, and lead technical efforts while promoting PingCAP's products and services. Collaborate with clients on database choices and develop content to assist with data implementations.
