PingCAP Japan のパートナーセールスとして、パートナーエコシステム（SIer、クラウドベンダー、リセラー等）を通じた TiDB のビジネス拡大を担っていただきます。
ソリューションアーキテクト（PreSales）チームと密に連携しながら、パートナー企業との協業体制を構築し、共同での案件創出・拡大をリードするポジションです。
仕事内容- パートナー企業（SIer / クラウドベンダー / リセラー等）の新規開拓、および既存パートナーとの関係強化
- パートナー経由での案件創出、共同提案、および契約締結までのプロセス管理
- パートナー向けの TiDB 製品・ソリューション・技術サポートに関するイネーブルメント（教育・トレーニング）の企画・実施
- ソリューションアーキテクトチームと連携したパートナー向け技術支援体制の構築
- パートナープログラム（インセンティブ設計、認定制度等）の企画・運用
- 社内の関連部署と協力し、パートナー起点の顧客ニーズへの対応、課題発生時の調整・エスカレーション管理
- 今後の事業拡大を見据えたパートナーセールス基盤・プロセスの構築
- IT業界または関連業界における3年以上営業、またはアライアンス＆パートナー関連の営業経験
- ITプロダクトの販売に携わった経験
- パートナープログラムやセールスプロセスをゼロから構築していくことに前向きな方
- オープンソーステクノロジー企業、またはクラウドサービス企業（AWS / Azure / GCP 等）でのパートナーセールス、アライアンス経験
- 技術的なバックグラウンドを持ち、パートナー企業の技術者と深く議論しながら協業を推進できる方
- スタートアップ環境での業務経験、または変化のある環境を楽しめる方
- 高いコミュニケーション力・交渉力・関係構築力
- 業界に変革をもたらすデータベース製品の構築に最初から携わる機会
- 優秀な開発者、オープンソース愛好家との国際的なチームで働く経験

Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in partner sales, partner alliances, IT-related sales, or IT-related business development
- Understanding of basic partner structure in the IT industry and domain expertise
- Ability to provide business advice and negotiate with CXO-level partners
- Ability to plan and act independently and lead from planning through goal achievement
- Strong passion and ability to propose ideas for expanding partner business
- Ability to draw up concrete ideas and strategies
- Experience in a startup environment and motivation for a fast pace
