PingCAP Japan のソリューションアーキテクト（PreSales）として、セールスチームと密に連携しながら、エンタープライズ顧客への技術的な価値提案から導入検証、拡大までをリードするポジションです。
クライアントの信頼される技術アドバイザーとして、TiDB を中心としたソリューション設計・技術検証・技術発信を担っていただきます。
仕事内容- PingCAPの製品やサービスを活用し、クライアントに最適なソリューション設計を提案・実施する
- クライアントやパートナーが導入を進めやすいよう、技術コンテンツ（ホワイトペーパー、リファレンスアーキテクチャ等）を作成する
- PoC（概念実証）やベンチマークテストなどの技術検証をリードし、製品の有効性を証明する
- 現場からのフィードバックを継続的に収集し、プロダクトチームと連携して製品の改善・競争力向上を推進する
- マーケティングイベントやセミナー等での講演・プレゼンテーションを担当し、技術力とブランドを発信する
- コミュニティに向けてPingCAPの技術を普及する（技術イベント・登壇・記事投稿など）
- クライアントとの対話や提案に積極的に取り組める、優れた顧客対応スキル
- 主要クラウドサービス（AWS, Azure, GCP）での実務経験
- Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQLなどの主要データベースや、シャーディング技術（例：RAC、Vitess）に関する理解
- デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）に関する構成要素や推進ノウハウの理解
- コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野での学士号
- 顧客課題を深掘りしソリューションに繋げるコンサルティングセールスの経験
- 営業・開発・パートナーなど多様なステークホルダーと協業し新規市場を開拓した経験
- オンプレミスからクラウドへのDB移行プロジェクト経験
- プログラミング経験（主要言語・フレームワーク）を有し、DB機能を活かした設計経験がある方
- 高可用性（HA）、災害対策（DR）、バックアップ/リストア、モニタリング、チューニングに関するDB設計・運用経験
- 大規模データシステムのソリューション設計またはITコンサルティングの実務経験
- 業界に変革をもたらすデータベース製品の構築に最初から携わる機会
- 優秀な開発者、オープンソース愛好家との国際的なチームで働く経験

Skills Required
- Strong customer-facing communication skills

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development
