Provide onsite smart-hands network and infrastructure support for a Bangalore office: perform Layer 1/2 troubleshooting, hardware racking and swaps, cabling validation, server/appliance support, coordinate incidents/changes with global teams, assist with security and identity troubleshooting, and maintain ServiceNow records during 24x5 rotational shifts.

Provide advanced L3 technical support for enterprise AV systems: troubleshoot DSPs, control processors, codecs, displays, cameras, and signal distribution; program Crestron/AMX; administer Zoom Rooms; lead incident response and root cause analysis; maintain documentation, mentor L1/L2 staff, and support upgrades and integrations.

Lead design, planning, and delivery of enterprise AV solutions for meeting rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, and collaboration spaces. Produce AV system architecture, signal flow diagrams, equipment layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams through design, installation, commissioning, and handover.

The Senior Account Executive will drive business growth and manage key accounts, focusing on selling managed IT services and solutions across Japan and APAC. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building with IT leaders, and overseeing the entire sales lifecycle.
