Provides administrative support to the Workforce Planning team by validating employee time stamps, processing shift variations, resolving payroll data queries, and maintaining accurate workforce records in Groundstar. Design, architect, and develop robust backend systems and APIs powering Qantas digital experiences. The role involves hands-on software development, cloud solution design, quality and reliability ownership, security and data privacy management, collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers.

Lead a Salesforce engineering team of two to three developers and a tester while remaining hands-on with development. Own technical design, production operations, incident response, releases, technical debt, integrations, security, testing, and deployment practices. Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Qantas Business Rewards booking engine and business account experience. Manage customer-focused digital product improvements, optimize booking conversion and journeys, analyze trends, and identify opportunities. Lead and coach an Agile cross-functional squad while collaborating with senior stakeholders on customer experience, revenue generation, and commercial decisions.

Deliver customer-facing digital products and content experiences for Qantas Business Rewards. Coordinate website enhancements, mobile applications, product launches, content production, third-party suppliers, and agile delivery. Translate business and loyalty needs into viable digital solutions while using research, analytics, competitive reviews, SEO/SEM, and web platform expertise to improve customer experiences.
