Lead pricing and entrance fee strategy for LCS communities, owning forecasting, pricing models, governance, and analytics. Align cross-functionally with finance, sales, operations, legal and IT; validate financial qualifications and complex contract accounting; manage continuous improvement, automation, and a pricing team including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Provide accounts payable and payroll support, process invoices and checks, enter resident/community payments, prepare bank deposits, assist with monthly AP close and audits, resolve payroll discrepancies, collaborate with HR, and support financial statement preparation and special accounting projects.

Support HR operations including onboarding, new hire orientation, benefits administration, HRIS management (Oracle HCM/ADP), employee relations, leave administration (WC, FMLA, ADA), and maintenance of compliant personnel records. Assist Director of HR and maintain confidentiality.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues; manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, backups, deployments, and inventory. Monitor alerts, document resolutions, coordinate vendors, assist with projects and community technology initiatives, and provide customer-focused technical support.

Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, build candidate pipelines, source and screen applicants, coordinate hiring with managers, and assist with benefits, employee relations, compliance, training, HRIS/ATS administration, and special HR projects.

Support HR operations including payroll processing and reconciliation, benefits administration and billing, HRIS and employee records management, reporting, and partner with leadership to maintain a positive employee experience.

Lead and own significant accounting processes during the monthly close, review complex journal entries and reconciliations, analyze financial results, prepare audit schedules, provide technical guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, drive process improvements, and support system implementations and special projects to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and marketing team, create marketing materials, coordinate events and new-resident move-ins, maintain Salesforce records, manage social media content, and engage residents. Assist with scheduling, communications, collateral upkeep, and community outreach to support marketing and hospitality initiatives in a senior living environment.

Conduct financial underwriting, modeling, and valuation for senior housing acquisitions and developments. Support due diligence, closings, dispositions, and onboarding. Prepare investment memoranda, pipeline and performance reports, benchmarking, and executive presentations while coordinating with brokers, legal, tax, operations, and finance teams.

Lead all sales and marketing activities to achieve and maintain maximum occupancy for a senior living community. Manage full sales cycle (inquiries, cold calls, tours, follow-ups, move-ins), build referral networks, run high-conversion events, and use Salesforce/CRM metrics to identify funnel gaps and drive rapid conversion.
